All items sold by Janabear Handmade are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item prior to buying, don't hesitate to get in touch — we're happy to help.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will do our best to make it right.
